Parusso

Our company, located in Località Bussia in Monforte d’Alba, produces about 150,000 bottles a year on 28 hectares.
Our work focuses on indigenous grape varieties of our region, Dolcetto, Barbera and Nebbiolo. With Nebbiolo grapes we produce the Langhe DOC Nebbiolo which lends itself well to telling the Parusso style, as well as our classic Barolo DOCG. Our 3 Cru di Barolo also come from Nebbiolo: Bussia, Mosconi and Mariondino which, although vinified following the same techniques, are very different voices and expressions of the terroirs from which they come.
Followed by Dolcetto d’Alba DOC Piani Noce, Barbera d’Alba DOC Ornati, Barbera d’Alba DOC Superiore; the only non-native grape variety we grow is Sauvignon Blanc, aimed at producing Langhe DOC Bianco and Langhe DOC Sauvignon Rovella.
