A rosé for the summer to drink fresh, even cold and with little alcohol. This is Sergio's idea. Obtained from 100% Nero d'Avola grapes, harvested in the 2019 vintage quite premature with respect to their sugar and phenolic ripeness. Pre-fermentation maceration in press for 5-6 hours then direct delicate pressing and spontaneous fermentation in steel. Refinement in steel for 5 months. Refreshing wine with red fruit, it does not fear evolution and does not fear the cold. Stainless!
