The Marchesi Guerrieri Gonzaga sparkling wine is a Blanc de Blancs Pas Dosè. The blend of grapes from such different vineyards gives birth to an extremely elegant sparkling wine with a strong identity, a tribute to the wonderful mountains of Trentino. it does 6 months in steel on yeast with frequent battonage, then minimum aging 36 months in bottle.
